The following text will provide you with information about the ID card number.

The first five digits of the ID card number




For example,

The first number that comes in is 1 which indicates the province. That is, people whose identity cards start with number 1 are residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.


Similarly, if your ID card number starts with 2,


So you are a resident of FATA.


Similarly


3 for Punjab


4 for Sindh


5 for Balochistan


6 for Islamabad


7 for Gilgit-Baltistan.


The second digit in this five-digit code represents your division.


For example


The second number in the above code is the number 2, which represents the Dera Ismail Khan division. The other three digits are your respective district, the relevant tehsil of that district, and the union council number

This middle code shows your family number.


All the members of each family are connected to each other by blood relations, the relationship of all these individuals is determined by the same middle code. The same code is used to create a computerized family tree.


Finally - the number after

This last digit indicates your gender. For men, this number will always be odd. For example

And for women, this number will be in pairs, for example
